Florentina
Florentina
“She was a very talented race filly and it’s as good a family as there is in the stud book. Redoute’s Choice mares can do no wrong and they aren’t making any more of them. She’s produced two black-type horses already, with a Dubawi to run for her and being IF to Kingman would have you confident that there is plenty more to come.”
Our newest broodmare acquisition is Florentina, a beautifully bred mare by Redoute’s Choice out of Celebria who was offered for sale in the 2020 Inglis Chairman’s Sale and we leapt at the opportunity to own her. Florentina had just 8 starts for 2 firsts, including a Group 2 win. Her yearling Kingman filly was retained by us and has been named Fiorenza. She has had 3 starts for a win and a second and is currently happily spelling on the farm.
Florentina is in foal to the champion stallion, So You Think and is in blooming good health.

Lustre Lady
Lustre Lady (Flying Spur x Lucky Lady) has been a phenomenal mare for us, both on the track and in the breeding barn. Lustre Lady was stakes placed and earned over $130,000 in prizemoney. She has had 6 foals to race, all have them winners. She is the dam of Group 1 winner Nakeeta Jane who is shown here as a foal. Nakeeta Jane’s full brother sold at the 2021 Inglis Easter sale for $310,000. Lustre Lady’s stunning filly by So You Think is currently in the stable of David Pfieffer at Warwick Farm.
The gift that keeps on giving, Lustre Lady has just foaled a filly to The Everest winning Yes Yes Yes.

Montana Sunset
Another GT Park bred mare, Montana Sunset is a stakes placed mare by More Than Ready. Lightly raced with only 9 starts for 3 wins and 2 seconds, including a second in the Light Fingers Stakes, she is also the half sister to Montana Flyer who won multiple stakes races. She has had 6 named foals for 5 winners and has ended her breeding career with a beautiful yearling filly by King’s Legacy.
Montana Sunset is now retired and living her best life on the farm.
